The health info of every individual is necessary so that in case medical problems occur in the future, it will be easier to determine the appropriate medication that should be administered. At present, the personal health info can be stored digitally. The records are intact and up to date. These digital records can provide support for the continuity of medical care.Since the records are kept digitally, all the health info is confidential as well.

Quality health care can now be given to every individual all throughout his lifetime because of the digital health records. If you really care about your personal health, you should have a portable device that can facilitate the storage and retrieval of personal health records rapidly and in a secured manner. The device should be user friendly so that problems can be avoided or minimized.

Most people are not very open to their medical records or in any issue regarding their health because it often connotes something bad. When people are healthy, they are not interested in talking about their health. You see, individuals equate health to sickness and it
is depressing. But did you know that personal health info care is very important? As a responsible individual, you should not disregard your personal health info. Besides, you’ll never know when a medical emergency might come up. Having the necessary health info immediately will come in handy and you will be given instant medical attention. Your medical history plays an important role in giving the appropriate treatment. Health professionals can help you and give you their best service through the aid of your digital health record.

If you have a computer at home or you have your laptop, you can create a digital record of your personal health info. Even if you don’t want to share your health info with others, you should still keep such records for emergency purposes. It’s also a way of caring for your health. You can store the data on the computer or in your laptop. As mentioned earlier, the device you’re using should be user-friendly so
that when the need arises, your family can get the needed medical health info.

The digital personal health info should be carried especially when traveling abroad. You’ll never know if an accident might happen or something might come up and you will need medical attention. Traveling overseas might pose some health problems due to the
change of climate or weather and you can be prepared if you have the digital records with you. You just need a bit of motivation so that you will be willing to carry such info with you. If you want, you can even convince the other family members to do the same.

Try to obtain as much information as you can about your personal health. If you can still find info when you were still the young, the better; arrange the files according to your age and latest records should be on top of the file. You can seek help from your family doctor so that you can also get some important details about your previous consultations. These medical professionals will be willing to help you out.
But of course, you should still consult the necessary health care provider if you’re not feeling well. Take good care of your personal health info because it may be of good use to you in the future.

What Is This RSS, XML, RDF, Atom, and Feeds Business?

It's been a long day at work and you're in no mood to cook dinner or go out. Time to count on the reliable pizza delivery guy. The order is called in and he promptly arrives with smokin' hot pizza within 30 minutes as promised. If it were only that easy with a picky family where no one can agree on the same restaurant for dinner. One wants Mexican, another wants Chinese, and another wants a burger and Mexican. Instead of running to three different places, you call a delivery service that goes to all of them and brings it to you. What could be easier in getting a meal without cooking it or picking it up?

RSS, XML, RDF, and Atom are the food delivery guy of the Internet. The content they deliver is mixed and cooked elsewhere on the Internet just like the meal isn't made on your door step and the acronym fellows bring the content to you through software or an online application. Instead of trying to remember all the places where you like to go to get the latest news, it all comes to you once you order your food.

What to Do with the Funky Code

Click on any of those orange or blue RSS, XML, or RDF buttons and you see unreadable text. Some of it is readable, but reading between the <tags> is slow and difficult. In this case, you've got the raw ingredients of the content known as a feed. To make it easily readable, download a feed reader that can interpret (aggregate) the ingredients or sign up for an online service that can do the same.

When the software or application is ready to go, click on the orange or blue button (or "Syndicate This Page," or whatever is along these lines) and copy the resulting URL from the address box. Paste it into the application to cook the ingredients where it's delivered to you ready for your enjoyment.

Syndication Isn't Just for Blogs

Syndication is a not a new concept on the Internet, but it's growing in popularity as more Web sites and newsletters are churning content to turn it into syndicated files, which are fed into an aggregator. Think of it as the content that's ready to travel anywhere it needs to go. Grab the feed and feed it to the aggregator, another way of bookmarking (or creating a favorite) a site because you wish to come back again another time.

Instead of schlepping from site to site in search of information, you can have it all in front of you through the aggregator. The feeds are sorted in folders by topic for easy finding. If I'm writing about the latest virus or worm, then I open the security folder with the security-related feeds and scan them.

Scanning content through aggregators is easier than with a Web site because it's all in one place with a list of easy to scan headlines and usually a short summary. On a Web site, you're only getting the benefit of that site's news ?nothing else. The folder has news from over ten resources including blogs, news sites, and newsletters.

Any content can be syndicated. It's a matter of having the back-end process in place, which is dependent on the application used for managing the content. If a site doesn't have such resources, then there are applications that can easily create a feed for posting on the site. No techie knowledge needed.

Most aggregators have exporting capabilities so the feed can be shared with others interested in the same topic. If you're interested in my security feeds, I can export them into, in most cases, an OPML file and you can import it into your feed reader.

Mix up the Content

If the feed is automatically created, what have you got to lose? You're providing another way for your readers to get your content just like you can get pizza in different ways: go to the restaurant, have it delivered, or make it at home. More applications are adding syndication capabilities, which make the process effortless. Some have said they won't read something unless it has a feed.

It's an opportunity to get more readers because there are many directories where publishers can submit their feeds and get noticed. So when someone does a search on your topic, your news might come up and you'll have gained a new reader.

There was a time when we didn't have the option to have pizza delivered to our doorstep. When we're too tired, we know we can rely on the delivery guy. In term of content, expect to see it show up at your doorstep more often than the pizza guy plus it's cheaper with the cost only coming from the software though there are many free options available. Syndication is a must have for a company's communication toolbox. Witness it by watching for RSS, XML, RDF, and Atom out there.

Get The Most Out Of Your Camera. (Part 1).

An example of simplicity; focus is on the flow...
An example of simplicity; focus is on the flowers, without any background clutter (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Did you ever see an image where only a small part of it is sharp? Using the aperture ring correctly can maximise the artistic look of your image.

Not only does it determine the depth-of-field, it also has the power to direct the human eye.

The human eye is instinctively drawn towards noticeable points of an image.  These are usually the sharpest and most important parts of an image. Using a wide aperture to limit the area of sharp focus can direct attention to the most important elements of your image and blur out any off-putting backgrounds.

This isn’t that hard to accomplish, and can be blissful if done correctly.

Lets start off with understanding depth-of-field, aperture and f/stops.

Depth-of -field:  The distance from the front to back that is in reasonable sharp focus is called the depth-of-field. There are two ways of controlling depth-of-field: Use a small aperture or focus on a point farther away from your camera.

Aperture and f/stops: The aperture is an opening in the centre of the lens through which light passes. The amount of light, which passes through an aperture, is indicated by f/stops. The lower the f/stop the more light that passes through the aperture. Opening up one full f/stop doubles the amount of light entering the camera.  F/4 admits twice the light of f5.6.

By selecting a small or narrow aperture (f/16 or up), all or most of the scene will be reasonably sharp. This is ideal for landscape photography. By using a small aperture you increase the depth-of-field.

By selecting a large or wide aperture (f/5.6 or below) you decide which part of your image is sharp. This is ideal for taking pictures of wildlife, portraits, sport and small objects. By using a large aperture you decrease the depth-of-field

The smaller the f/number, the wider the aperture.

There is about twice the depth-of-field behind the point of focus as there is in front of it, using any aperture.

Now you know how to isolate your subject, so it’s time to put it to use. Set your camera to aperture-priority (AV) mode, and then select a large aperture (f/2 - f/5.6). By doing this the camera will select the shutter speed automatically. If you are shooting wildlife choose a low viewpoint to maximise the image, try putting the camera lens at eye-level with the subject.

While the above will help to isolate you subject, it’s only a start. Know your subject, especially when shooting wildlife. Don’t be fooled into thinking all elements of an image must be sharp to be considered a good photo.

Cheap Air Purifiers versus High End Air Purifiers: Which Is Best?

Do you suffer from asthma or allergies or would you just like to make sure that the air inside your home is clean? If you would, you may be interested in buying an air purifier. If you are, you will find that you have a number of different options. Two of your main options involve buying a cheap air purifier or a high end air purifier. As for which one is the best, you will find that high end air purifiers come highly rated and recommended.

When it comes to shopping, we all want to save money. That is a given. Of course, no one wants to pay more money than they need to, but it is important to proceed with caution where air purifiers are considered. For more information on why, please continue reading on.

Air purifiers are systems in the home that cleans the air. They, essentially, make your home a safer place to be. For example, most homes have more toxins and pollutants inside than there is outside. This is amazing and scary all at the same time. Air purifiers all help to clean the air, but it is important to know that not just any air purifier will do. For example, did you know that high end home air purifiers that use HEPA filters tend to trap and remove about 90% of the particles from the air. This number is significantly higher than the numbers that you will find associated with many cheaper, lower quality air purifiers.

When shopping, you have likely heard the phrase “you get what you pay for.” Although this phrase is commonly overused, it is true. On average, a high end single or multi-room air purifier can cost around $300 to $500. Cheaper air purifiers cost much less. In fact, they typically start at around $50. Although buying an air purifier for about $50 does sound nice, what do you think that you will get out of it? In all honesty, you have to look at it from the standpoint of a manufacturer. If some are able to sell their air purifiers for hundreds or even thousands of dollars, why aren’t they all selling for that much money? It is because the quality is different.

As for why high end home air purifiers are recommended, you will find that they tend to save you money overtime. This is something that many consumers are surprised with, as many do not think to take the long-term cost of owning an air purifier into consideration. Typically, you will find that high end home air purifiers last longer. This, alone, can save you money. It is also important to look at the filters used. Cheaper air purifiers often need to have filters replaced on a monthly basis and this can get very costly. On the other hand, some high end air purifiers only need to have their filters replaced a couple of times a year, if that.

If you are turned of by the cost of high end air purifiers for the home, don’t be. You should look at it as an investment that you will likely see a return on. That return may be more money in your pocket, as you often need to replace your purifier and filters less. It is also important to look at it from health side. High end air purifiers can provide those who suffer from asthma and allergies with relief.

Article Submission: two ways to do!

Everyone knows that submitting well-written, keyword-rich articles to article repository sites on the Internet is the best way to build links to your web sites in Google and other search engines.

But very few people realize there’s a wrong way to do this. And doing it wrong is worse than not doing it at all.

Most people who are new to using articles as part of their marketing strategies get off to a bad start because they don’t understand the delicate strategy involved with precisely placing articles in the article sites best suited for a particular subject.

You see, not all article repositories are the same. Some get high traffic for all subjects. Some get highly-targeted traffic across one or two very specific niches. And some don’t get any traffic at all. Those sites fall under the definition of "bad neighborhoods" according to Google.

Not understanding the differences among article repositories is where the trouble starts for the inexperienced marketer. These days, it's too easy to sign up for those "article blasting" services that SPAM article repositories with thousands of worthless ads; the ads that have been written by who knows who and are often filled with spelling and grammar errors. As these types of articles build up in the lower-quality sites, and they build up very quickly thanks to the thousands of people using these "blasting" services, the site begins to develop a bad reputation. Soon, the search engines start dropping the links like hot potatoes.

How do savvy professional marketers get around this ranking trap?

They depend on the services offered by professional article placement agencies. These agencies specialize in submitting articles manually to hand-picked sites that will return the best search engine ranking results. The people behind these professional services understand how the article placement game is really played. They know that success is all about quality and has nothing to do with quantity. After all, what good is having your articles listed on hundreds of sites if those sites are banned by Google and other search engines? It hurts your business!

When you use a professional article placement agency to manually submit your articles, you don’t have to worry about ending up in bad neighborhoods and getting your search engine rankings mugged in the process. Instead you'll get the quality links you are looking for. Your articles will only appear on those sites catering to your category; sites that are visited by both live humans and search engine spiders on a regular basis. This kind of strategy is what pays off in the long run.

Don't sabotage your article marketing strategy just because you choose to believe the hype those "blast your way to success" hucksters throw out every day. Remember how productive FFA sites used to be and how useless they are now? FFA "blasters" ruined that marketing opportunity, and the article blasters will ruin this marketing opportunity if you let them.

Get better results by letting the professionals manually place your articles in the appropriate repository sites. Remember, if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right.

Please feel free to publish this article on your web site and/or in your e-book or newsletters with the authors resource box included and without any changes to the article. (Add your contact e-mail)

Web Promotion

Web promotion is a marketing technique, a new terminology for marketing. In today’s fierce marketing arena, producers of goods and services need effective advertising and promotion, and also innovative and inexpensive means to sell their products. Online business creates an opportunity for one to reach out to the markets within and outside one’s focus. The idea of web promotion is no longer a passing fad, but a prerequisite to remain in business.

The first step is to actually publish a website. Creating relevant web links that route visitors to the site and turn out to show interest in your business are the next steps. One of the common ways for a visitor to click on your web site is through search engines by typing a key word related to their interest. The design and features of the site should be in such a way that the content in the site contain key words that are indexed in most of the search engines so as to appear in the top ten or twenty links, and also an online enquiry service that keeps track of viewers visiting your site.

Web promotion is not a one-time effort or investment. Constant evaluation and alteration of certain factors must be followed such as assessment of return on investment / value, cost per click, pay per link, design effects, positioning in search engines, etc.

With the changing purchase preferences, the demand from the consumers to have clear information about the product and the producers before their purchase, and the growing amount of competition, online business and marketing is a boon if utilized. Otherwise you would be giving away business to your competitors.

Advertising Possibilities Are Endless For Small Business

Often, the biggest obstacle that most, if not all, small businesses have is a limited budget. Let’s face it. Having a small business makes it difficult for you to have the most glamorous marketing campaign such as that of the big firms and Fortune 500 companies.

And you know for a fact that advertising is truly expensive. If you don’t look out, you might just wake up one day with your funds depleted, and strapped with a marketing campaign that provides lackluster performance.

Knowing you have other things to allocate your funds for, you know that you have to consider all things first before you can shell out your hard earned dollars for your coveted marketing tool. Be it full color flyers, or even a large format poster, you can’t afford to be picky when you’re looking at a very small fund to stretch.

With the funds you’re operating on is just enough to get you a decent marketing campaign for your business, it’s no wonder that many business owners and marketers are turning to other alternative promotional vehicles to introduce their brands. In fact, most marketers and advertisers are looking at ways to get attractive and compelling marketing campaigns for the price they can afford of course.

But this is a common misconception of most business owners and advertisers about advertising that should be changed right away. Although a limited budget may mean limited access to the most expensive ads such as your full color flyer printing campaign or your large format poster printing project, it doesn’t mean that you should settle for a mediocre piece.

On the contrary, having a limited budget means you will be able to come up with a more creative ad campaign that will help you effectively introduce your business to your target market.

And it’s not all print ads actually. Marketing your business can be advantageous in a way because you’re able to hand out to your target clients your message in a nice piece of paper. But as always, you can also try some alternatives that can help you promote your business better.

You might want to try co-sponsoring a worthwhile activity, for example. It may be in promotions, events, trade shows, and exhibits located locally. This way, as a small business, you’ll be recognized as a supporter of your community endeavors. This is actually what most big companies do to market their name and brand. As a potential client looks at the new ads, they will be eager to see that you are a staunch supporter of the local community, and hence, a better choice between you and your competitors.

The key is not therefore be frustrated just because you happen to work on a very limited amount. Small businesses are often very imaginative, especially when it comes to stretching their money and making sure that every penny is put to good use. They may not have the money, but they do have excellent marketing tools that show professionalism and credibility.

How to Make Article Writing as Easy as ABC!

Writing and submitting articles is without doubt one of the most successful methods of driving targeted visitors to your website, growing your rankings and improving sales.

However, for most people article writing is a tough task as it brings back long gone often unpleasant memories of writing high school reports or university essays.

The good news is that by learning just a few easy moves, writing your own articles isn't as hard as it may first look.

One of the major obstacles most new writers face is finding ideas to write about. Often the simplest way to begin is to write about things you have, are interested in or enthusiastic about.

Once you have decided on a broad theme, a good way to narrow the topic down is to concentrate on the problems that people face. In general, people read articles because they want to be entertained or they are seeking a solution to a problem they face.

Writing interesting articles is an exacting and more complicated skill. However, writing informative articles that provide answers can be as easy as sharing tips that you have learned.

You may already know the universal problems that people have in your specific topic, but if not, a good way to find out is to frequently search related online forums and note the most common questions being asked.

If you don't have all the solutions, carry out some research to find the information you need. Frequently the answers are easily available by simply searching the major search engines.

Most people don't like to read huge documents online, so your article should be between 500 - 800 words. If you feel this is far too many words, then a simple trick is to split the article into smaller sections, such as an introduction,
a small number of sub-headings and a conclusion.

All you need to do then is to write about 50 words in each sub-section and before you realize it, you have written a comprehensive and informative article.

Most significantly, don't forget to add an "about the author" section where you can put details about how your readers can join your list or visit your website for further information about your topic.

The first draft should be for your eyes alone. Don't try to produce a finished copy as you write. It tends to be much faster to get your thoughts written down and come back to tidy up later.

The last step in the writing process is to proofread your article making sure that the writing flows and would be fascinating to the reader. Ask yourself, 'does the article supply answers the prospective reader is looking for?'

It can also be useful to have somebody else proofread the article. This is also the time to eliminate spelling and grammatical errors.

Once you have written your article, submit it to article directories. As your article gets published on other websites you will start to receive one-way links pointing back to your site. This will then help you to gain higher
rankings in the search engines, which will only help to direct even more traffic to your site.

Yes it does take time and effort to write articles, but doing so is the easiest and most valuable way of branding yourself, as well as driving limitless traffic to your website so you can build your list and increase your income. And isn't that what writing useful informative articles is all about?

Advertise, Advertise, Advertise

Many people sign up for affiliate programs with the hopes of making some serious money. They advertise a few places and then wait for the money to start pouring in. When it doesn’t, they blame it on the program and quit.

I am convinced the only way to make money online is to have a consistent Advertising plan. A plan you are willing to work hard on and commit to for a selected period of time. When making this plan, you need to do two things. First, you should pick a few affiliate programs that are of interest to you. Second, you need to decide how long you want to work these programs. Once you decide on a time period (I recommend 6 months to a year), you must make a promise to yourself that you will not stop advertising until that time period is up. This is perhaps the most important factor in your success.

Next, you need to consider your advertising options: traffic exchanges, classified ads, e-mail campaigns, ezine articles, posting to forums or message boards, chatting with others who are interested in what you have to offer, and posting flyers around your town. Now you see the many possible advertising avenues you can choose from. I recommend doing all of them. It may sound like a lot of work, but when broken down into a plan, it is not.

One possible plan may look like this: Traffic Exchanges-1 hour per day. Post 15 classified ads per day. Make 5 posts to a message board or forum per day. Submit an article once per week to an ezine. Visit chat rooms and distribute flyers as you have extra time during the week. This all can be accomplished by spending 2-3 hours per day. You will be surprised how much you get done when you have a plan. You may also choose whether you will work 5 or 6 days per week. Make a checklist for each day of the week, and mark each task off as you finish it. That will keep you on focus, and will make you feel good that you are one step closer to reaching your goal.

Make a commitment to your new plan and don’t get involved in any other programs until your current programs are making you money consistently. Don’t give up. Sticking with this plan will significantly improve your success. Remember, Advertise, Advertise, Advertise.

Advertising in Concessions

As is true with any business, advertising in the food concession business is extremely important in order to get the word out that a new business has come to town. However, while it is very important to utilize advertising when you are in any industry, it is even more important to use it in the concession business. Food concession businesses are working at an uphill climb as far as advertising goes. You don’t have a fixed building. No matter how permanent your location may seem you don’t have an absolutely permanent location. There are many different obstacles. However, if you use advertising, you can really make a difference in the number of customers you have. There are different types of advertising. There is word of mouth advertising, print advertising, and tv and radio commercial advertising.

One of the best types of advertising is word-of-mouth advertising. The reason this is one of the best is because you don’t do it. For one thing, it’s coming straight from the mouths of your already customers to the ears of your potential customers. Secondly it’s free. You don’t have to pay for this type of advertising and it is one of the most powerful types of advertising there is. By having great food, great customer service and great value, you can be sure to get this type of advertising. Be careful that you have all of these things because advertising works in both ways if a customer is dissatisfied. Most of the time, advertising is even worse if it’s negative because it spreads faster.

Another type of advertising is print ads. These are becoming more and more obsolete with the ever increasing popularity of the tv, radio, and internet. Some types of print advertising are flyers, business cards, and mail outs. These can all be varying prices ranging from fairly plain and simple to decked out with color copies. Either way you go try to make a lasting memorable impression. The down side to this is that flyers and mail outs can be considered to be very annoying junk mail. You do not want to alienate your customers by making them angry that you sent them a flyer. This is just something you should consider before you choose your form of advertisement.

Finally we have radio and television commercials. These are great ways to advertise but can be costly. The reason they are so great is because they let you see and hear the advertisement. Something is much more likely to get stuck in people’s minds when it is both seen and heard rather than just read. There is a downside to this, however it is not as negative as that of the print advertising. The down side of the tv or radio commercial is that people get annoyed because there are so many commercials. The thing that gets you around this as a business is that they have learned to accept that there are commercials that must be run for the tv show or radio show to stay on the air. Another downside however that is a little more detrimental is the increased popularity of DVR, a recorder for the tv that causes people to be able to fast forward through the commercials.

All of these types of advertising have problems of their own. So, before you choose the type of advertising you are going to use, make sure you have thought long and hard about what drawbacks you are willing to accept and which ones you aren’t. These choices are going to be based largely on the type of advertising budget you have. While there are drawbacks, advertising is necessary to flourish as a business.

Wording Up Your Website

Are you losing business because of your website? More and more customers are logging on to the Web to decide where to spend their money because it is quick and convenient, and they can jump from site to site instead of walking from store to store.
Web savvy customers don't need to be patient, studies have shown that you need to engage a potential customer very quickly by giving them easy, fast access to the information they need. Otherwise they will simply move on to the next site.

Appealing design and speedy functionality are important but they don't ensure that your site is well structured (intuitive) or well written (clear).

Write First
The real message on most websites is in the writing, and so it makes sense that the writing should determine the structure. Unfortunately, this is not the usual case. Most businesses choose the structure and design of their site first and then try and fit the writing around that structure. This flies in the face of commonsense. When you speak to someone, you structure your speech around your message, you don't decide on a structure then change the message to suit. So you need to plan what you want to say before you create the site. Maybe even write the whole thing first and then use the message to determine the structure.

When deciding what to write, think about what your customer wants to know rather than what you want to say. It's a subtle difference, but it is the key to engaging a potential customer.

Most customers will want to know the basics:

- What do you do?
- What benefit can you offer them?
- Why should they choose your service or product?
- What does it cost?
- How can they contact you?
- Where are you located?

Brevity & Clarity
Your website has to communicate a lot of information and to make matters worse, you are going to have limited space. Ideally, your customer won't have to scroll on any page (all your information will fit in a single window) and that single view will need to contain more than just words. The design and navigation elements take up about a third of a window, and you should leave a bit of room for white space (you don't want to overwhelm the customer). As a rule of thumb you should expect to have about half the window free for text.

How you are going to fit all your information in such a confined space? This is where writing skills come in - choose your words very carefully.

Websites can be an extremely powerful piece of marketing collateral. You can reach millions of potential customers for as little as a few hundred dollars. Unfortunately, your competitors are all doing the same thing - it's a level playing field but there are a lot of players.

It is important that your message is structured and well thought out, otherwise your site will be a mess and no-one will bother to read about your business. If your message is clear, your site will be simple and easy to use. It's all in the words.

Protect Your Privacy

The internet is evolving rapidly as its uses grow in number and variety. More and more users are shopping online, chatting with their friends, or just browsing the web for something interesting. But the net isn't an entirely safe place; some people out there are waiting to take advantage of you and invade your privacy. There are some special kinds of computer program that can help to protect yourself against such threats. Let's see how a simple free spyware remover program can help.

· How does it work?
Spyware programs are little pieces of software that transmit information about you and your computer to someone else on the internet. It can follow your net usage to see what kind of web-sites you prefer, which programs you use or where you do your online shopping. Some can read private documents, including e-mail and credit card numbers. To prevent this from happening, it is advisable that you protect your computer using a free spyware remover.

· How does spyware get on your computer?
You don't install spyware, but spyware gets installed on you. They are often part of other free programs
that you download from undependable sources on the web or borrow from your friends. It's like an add-on that may or may not be mentioned in the small print, which is something that nobody ever reads.

· How do you recognize spyware?
If you've been experiencing unexplained pop-ups lately, or been receiving a lot of unwanted mail, then try to remember if you installed some unverified software on your machine in recent times. If yes, then it is quite probable that you have spyware on your computer. In some cases, you may receive unwanted info about products that are somehow related to something you told a friend in a past e-mail conversation. If that keeps happening, it's almost an unmistakable sign of spyware activity.

· How do you remove spyware?
The simplest and easiest way to get rid of spyware is to install a free remover that you can download from the internet. Often internet service providers know about the problems created by spyware, and can recommend you a good free remover or they can give you one. Just ask them which one is right and tell them what symptoms you have been experiencing: too much spam, or your computer slowing down because of too many pop-ups. It is very easy to install a free spyware remover, just by following the steps and clicking on the 'next' button. If you think one program is not effective, you can always uninstall it and download another.

· How to prevent spyware?
You can prevent spyware by reading up on web security and by being choosy about what software you install on your computer. After all, prevention is always better than cure. But just to be on the safe side, it is a good idea to keep a free spyware remover on your machine and check things once in a while. If you want a more professional solution than the free versions provide, you can buy a pro spyware remover. Remember, you have the right to your privacy, and nobody has the right to invade it, unless they have a valid legal/moral reason or your specific consent.
