Reasons For Financial Problems
Most of us know when we hit a financial disaster, usually we can even trace the beginning of the process that led to the financial failure, but the problem seems to be the fact that some people keep repeating the mistakes, or adapting new problematic methods of trying and solving problems.
The wise financial planner would first consider his own strong and weak points before making financial decisions and would draw conclusions for the experiences he had in the past, the few points that ultimately lead to financial disasters that I will discuss here are very basic and natural, yet many people do not practice the least amount of caution when making plans.
The first and most prominent problem with bad financial planning is that the planner has no financial education, in this case I would strongly advise seeking professional help. Most of do not have formal financial education, and many of us do not understand the financial basics that rule the markets, other do not want to go into these calculations, but all these groups should start by admitting that they do not have the knowledge of dealing with financial planning and look for someone who does. The great benefit of listening to advise of experts is that it teaches you things, the approach to financial planning, the basics of a new financial plan and much more, it is very possible that in a few months you will be much more educated and better informed in a way that will allow you to start making your own calls.
The second problem is making decisions and planes letting other people manage you finance for you, and I don’t mean letting you professional financial planner but friends, neighbors and family. Even though these people have the best intentions, it is very clearly your own responsibility to take care of your personal finance, and as much as it is unpleasant to make financial plans and take care of your personal finance it is a fact of life you must practice.
The third, and last mistake we are going to discuss is choosing the wrong kind of financial advisor, some people are tempted to let the wrong kind of people manage their finance situation, this includes insurance experts, tax experts and other financial experts of all sorts. It is important that you find a person that you have good communication with , that understands you and what financial help you are seeking, and that this expert be an expert on the issues you need help the most, do not let personal relationships, family connections and business relation dictate the financial expert you use, it is of extreme importance that this person is as close to being perfect for you as possible. The best thing to do is to look for a person that works in a financial office and makes his money by advising and managing personal financial accounts, someone that has been around for long and that will have the experience to guide you through the processes.

Ce vrea femeia?
- Femeile sunt precum merele neculese. Cele mai bune sunt în vârful pomului. Majoritatea bărbaților nu vor să se întindă după cele bune fiindcă se tem să nu cadă și să se rănească. Preferă, în schimb, merele căzute pe jos, care nu sunt la fel de bune, dar ușor de luat. Merele din vârful pomului se gândesc că este ceva în neregulă cu ele, când, de fapt, sunt extraordinare. Trebuie numai să aștepte să apară bărbatul potrivit, care să fie suficient de curajos să urce până în vârful pomului.
- Bărbații sunt precum un vin bun. Încep prin a fi struguri și depinde de femei dacă reușesc să stoarcă toată pleava din ei până când aceștia pot să se transforme în ceva acceptabil pentru cină.

Am împrăștiat fânul
De o jumătate de oră l-am adunat,și-am fugit acasă.La plouat zilele astea așa cum trebuie.Dar ieri chiar dacă a fost sărbătoare l-am împrăștiat și s-a uscat cam 60 %,azi l-am mai împrăștiat odată și e uscat 99 %. Până se usca el eu m-am tot învârtit prin grădină,și am făcut și câteva poze.Cu ocazia asta am constatat că nu sunt fructe,câteva mere și pere.Foarte slabă recolta.Și de-o fi secetă nu se mai face nimic.

Debt Management Plans - Tips For Avoiding DMP Pitfalls
Most people are involved in some type of financial transaction or decision every day. Sometimes they can get way behind in their debts and financial obligations with no clear way to pay them off. Some resort to debt management plans, which can help if you are careful in setting up the plan. Do you know how to avoid the pitfalls? Credit and debt issues are critical life altering realities for almost everyone. The daily decisions we make in handling the balance between the two determines our credit worthiness in the eyes of financial institutions.
As we all know, if you have a bad credit rating, then borrowing funds or purchasing many items will become difficult or impossible. But what happens when you get so far in debt that you have no clear way to pay it all off? Many people resort to a debt management plan (DMP). These are payment plans structured in a way so that the borrower is better able to pay off their debts, and is agreed to by the borrower and creditors. The benefits can include lower interest rates and fee waivers. Once you and the creditors have accepted the DMP, it is important to:

The creditors may not forgive any more late payments and you will incur more 'late' marks on your credit report as well as more late fees, increased debt and a longer pay off period. So, once you are on a debt management plan, make sure that you are never late on any payments. DMPs are not for everyone. You should agree on a DMP only after a certified credit counselor has spent time thoroughly reviewing your financial situation, and has offered you specific advice on managing your money. You may be able to work out a payment plan directly with your creditors. But if you decide that you need to work with a credit counselor and get additional advice and assistance, ask questions like these to help you find the best counselor for your situation and make sure you get full and complete anwsers. Some Important Questions to Ask When Choosing a Credit Counselor to Handle your DMP:
1. What services do you offer? Look for an organization that offers a range of services, including budget counseling, savings and debt management classes, and counselors who are trained and certified in consumer credit, money and debt management, and budgeting. Counselors should discuss your entire financial situation with you, and help you develop a personalized plan to solve your money problems now and avoid others in the future.
2. Are you licensed to offer your services in my state? Many states require that an organization register or obtain a license before offering credit counseling and debt management plans.
3. Do you offer free information?
4. Will I have a formal written agreement or contract with you?
5. What are the qualifications of your counselors? Are they accredited or certified by an outside organization? If so, which one? If not, how are they trained? Try to use an organization whose counselors are trained by an outside organization that is not affiliated with creditors.
6. Have other consumers been satisfied with the service that they received? Once you've identified credit counseling organizations that suit your needs, check them out with your local consumer protection agency, and Better Business Bureau.
7. What are your fees? Are there set-up and/or monthly fees? Get a detailed price quote in writing, and specifically ask whether all the fees are covered in the quote.
8. How are your employees paid? Ask them to disclose what compensation it receives from creditors, and how they are compensated.
9. What do you do to keep my personal information confidential and secure? They should have safeguards in place to protect your privacy. Get the information you need to make an informed decision.

Guided Tours of Lovely Austria and Surrounding Areas
When you think of Austria, it’s easy to imagine its snowy Alps and the “Sound of Music”. If you find yourself humming “do-re-mi”, it may be time to book one of the exciting guided tours of this lovely and historic area. It may well be a trip to remember. Start your tour in Innsbruck, the home of two winter Olympics. Most guided tours will take you to some of the historic Olympic venues and you may wish to pick up some souvenirs while you’re there. Nearby is the beautiful and historic city of Salzburg. Much of its architecture has been preserved over the centuries and there are many sites to see. Many of the guided tours of this area will show you the birthplace of Mozart, one of the most famous composers of all time. After visiting the Alps, many guided tours of Austria will finish up in the large and famous city of Vienna, Austria. Albinele nu pierd vremea
Ele muncesc în continuu,fără program,fără concediu.Am ajutat și eu astăzi la stupi.Am mai făcut câteva rame,am pus magazii la câțiva stupi.Nu m-a înțepat nici-o albină.

Ploaia nu ne oprește din muncă
Ieri mi-am cobit singur,cum că a fost vreme de ploaie și nu am putut cosi.Astăzi mi s-a îndeplinit cobeala de ieri,doar ce am venit de la grădină.Dar tot e bine că am terminat de coasă.Nu au fost flori anul ăsta,nu au fost sânziene,margarete și multe alte flori care se mai fac prin grădină primăvara.Cam cinci margarete și câteva flori albastre.Nici lucerna nu a avut flori ca altădată,au mai fost câteva frăguțe înflorite.Pe care le-am cosit.În rest ploaie,a mai stat,a mai plouat și tot așa.Îmi pare rău că nu mai au albinele ce mânca cu ploile astea.Florile de salcâm sunt pline de apă,a înflorit și socul,dar e tot ud.În rest toate bune,mai jos vedeți câteva fotografii făcute astăzi,chiar dacă a fost înnorat.

Mi se face poftă de cartofi prăjiți.Am mai avut o ladă cu cartofi,au fost puși de sămânță în toamnă.Acum în primăvară am semănat altă sămânță,iar aceștia au rămas,și au încolțit,și s-au zbârcit.Sunt buni doar la porci,pe care nu-i avem.No,ce facem cu ei?Important e că au înflorit salcâmii,miroase foarte frumos,și cred că o să adun ceva flori pentru ceai.

Am terminat prima sapă la cartofi
Au fost puși mecanizat,dar prima parte a distrugerii buruienii trebuia făcută cu sapa.A doua parte merge și mecanizat (cu cormanu). A fost un pic obositor dar a trecut.Am luat și calciu cu magneziu,și vreo trei cafele plus o mâncare bună,și uite așa am scăpat de un necaz.

Debt Settlement & Income Taxes – What You Need To Know
Debt settlement has become a popular approach to resolving problem debts without having to file bankruptcy. With this approach, creditors agree to accept a portion of what you owe (usually around 50% or less) to settle the account, and the remaining balance is forgiven. This technique will certainly continue to grow in popularity now that the new bankruptcy law makes it tougher to fully discharge debts in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. As with anything, there is no free lunch, and creditors are required to report canceled debts to the IRS on Form 1099 (when the canceled balance is $600 or greater). Therefore, the possibility exists that you may owe taxes on the forgiven portion of the debt. For this reason, many financial writers and debt counselors are strongly critical of debt settlement, to the point where they actually recommend against it just because you might end up owing taxes. But the tax consequences of settling your debts are greatly over-emphasized, and this is a really just a minor issue at best. First, even if you end up owing taxes on the canceled balances, that's because you saved a bunch of money off your original debts. The total of what you paid the creditor, plus the taxes, will still be much less than what you owed to begin with. There is still a net savings. So it's hard to understand why this is viewed as a problem in the first place! Second, the great majority of people who settle their debts are not required to pay taxes on the forgiven part of the balance. That's because of the "insolvency" rule, described in IRS Publication 908, "Bankruptcy Tax Guide." Don't let the title fool you. You don't need to have filed a formal declaration of bankruptcy to take advantage of the insolvency rule. Basically, "insolvent" means that you have a negative net worth -- that is, you "owe" more than you "own." As a consequence, most debtors do not have a tax liability on the canceled debts, simply because most debtors are insolvent! It usually comes down to home equity. If you have enough equity in a home (or other property) to outweigh the total of your liabilities (debts), then you have a positive net worth, and will likely have to pay taxes on the forgiven debt amounts. However, the majority of people in serious debt trouble have a negative net worth, and are therefore insolvent. The way it works is that you can offset the canceled debt up to the amount by which you were insolvent at the time you did the settlement. Come tax time, be sure to get professional tax advice specific to your situation. Also, be sure to read the section in IRS Publication 908 on "reduction of tax attributes," which requires people using the insolvency rule to reduce their basis in such things as rental property, loss carryovers, etc. Most of that probably won't apply to you, but again, get specific advice before winging it. So, the message is, relax about paying taxes on canceled debt balances. That should be the least of your concerns if you're upside down financially. Don't let the misguided criticisms of financial writers (who haven't done their homework) discourage you from looking into one of the most popular and flexible options for achieving debt-freedom.
